This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in the historical city center. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service throughout our visit. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, with a tasteful Moroccan decor and basic amenities provided. The location of the hotel close to the railway station made it very convenient for exploring the city.
No significant complaints.

Located in the heart of the ancient city, this hotel enjoys proximity to the bustling train station. the peaceful rooms are cozy with plush bedding. the bathrooms are sparkling and spacious. the staff offers an attentive service with a smile and greets you with refreshing tea. the breakfast spread is delicious with flavorful pancakes and juice, setting the day on the right note.
Sadly, the hotel lacks the luxurious amenities and the stunning view that would make the stay even more memorable.

The staff went above and beyond, catering to our every need. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, just like in the photos. Plus, the breakfast provided a delightful start to each day.
All was great during my stay.

Typical Moroccan Riad style, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, good WiFi, easy to find, close to the center and main attractions.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel has a lot to offer for the price. The rooms are just like in the photos, with nice decorations and a typical Moroccan Riad style. The staff is very friendly and gave us helpful advice, even arranging for us to visit another Riad with a small pool. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the historical city center and all the main sights. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel had great amenities with fantastic in-room facilities like a comfortable bed and excellent Wi-Fi service. the hotel's location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the staff were always helpful and had a good sense of humor, which created a friendly atmosphere.
Although the hotel had good facilities and amenities, it had thin walls. the noisy sounds from the other guests and the street noise were disturbing and made it hard to have a quiet, restful night's sleep.

We spent our Xmas holidays in a charming place that had a lovely lobby and spacious walk-in showers. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and main attractions. We enjoyed the complimentary water bottle and arrival tea, as well as the basic and tasty breakfast that included coffee/tea, orange juice, pancakes, jam, egg, sweet rolls or piece of cake.
We had some issues with the room. The lack of good ventilation made the air stale and moist, causing discomfort. The beds were small for an adult and not very comfortable, with creaky noises and not so great sheets and covers. Additionally, we found it disappointing that the staff wasn't always respectful of guests' time at breakfast, which was not served at the agreed time.
